Welcome to MK Training Solutions. I’m Brad Bates President, Owner, and Lead Instructor based in Lake Park, Georgia.

I started MK Training Solutions with a simple belief: when companies invest in safety and workforce development, they’re really investing in people and families. Training should do more than check a compliance box. It should stick, change behavior, and make people safer and more effective at work.

My teaching style is practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world experience. I focus on helping teams not only understand the material, but retain it and confidently apply it on the job. Whether we’re covering safety fundamentals or advanced workforce development topics, the goal is always the same—knowledge that translates into action.

To make training accessible and efficient, MK Training Solutions offers mobile, on-site training through our fully equipped training trailer, allowing us to bring high-quality instruction directly to your job site. While we primarily serve businesses across the southeastern United States, we regularly travel to meet client needs wherever the work takes us.
