About the Course
FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training (2 Hours)
This 2-hour supervisor training course is designed to meet the federal reasonable suspicion training requirements under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. The course equips supervisors and managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, document, and appropriately respond to reasonable suspicion of drug or alcohol misuse by safety-sensitive employees.
Regulatory Basis
This course satisfies the FMCSA requirement that supervisors of CDL drivers receive a minimum of 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes on controlled substance use, as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382.603.
